QUESTIONS
Yes, we offer in person classes. Morning and evening classes available.
Yes, you still have to come into class for hands on training. You can attend as many hands on training weeks as you would like to. Taking the in person class is required for national exam license
For the online class, you will go over the power points and take the quizzes at home at your own schedule. You will still have to come in for hands on training. For the in person class you will go over the power points with the instructor in class and do hands on training during the throughout the course. YOU NEED TO DO THE IN PERSON CLASS to be eligible to take the national exam. There is also a price difference.
Yes, we dedicate a week out of the month for hands on training. We have all the supplies needed and manikin arms to practice on. We also do live venipunctures in class as well as skin punctures. You can attend as many hands on training weeks as you would like to get more practice and experience even after you are done with the program.
Yes, this program is accredited and recognized by the state of Florida. Our phlebotomy allied agency is AMT. Once you are done with the program, completed all the required venipuncture and skin punctures, and receive the certificate, you will be eligible to take the national exam with the agency AMT https://americanmedtech.org/phlebotomy-technician (https://americanmedtech.org/phlebotomy-technician)to obtain your license.
